Dog Dash Finals

Having made the trek further north than most of us would usually venture for an Agility Show, the weather on Sunday held fine for us until the Dog Dash Team Finals course was built. Then it rained....
Not to be put off, the team of Mary Cockings, Caroline O'Connor, Brendon Sweeny and Betty Symonds displayed their new team strip and conducted themselves well. They finished with a refusal & an elimination and a final position of 14th.
Sue Yeo and Helen (Lel) Sharp in the Microchip II team finished in 9th position.
On an individual basis, Brendon and Bunny had their first run in Grade 6 large Agility & finished an impressive 4th. Helen & Hatty placed in Small grade 1-3 Jumping , I think it was 8th. Sue and Jester were 3rd in Small Grade 6 Agility.

Rhianna & Jess - Young Kennel Club news!

Just to let you all know (because she told me to) that Rhianna and Jess qualified for the YKC Agility Dog of the Year at Crufts 2010 - she came 2nd in the heat at Chippenham on Saturday.

She is very very pleased as you can imagine.
